The "WA" means that the tube has a heavy-duty construction and is labeled as CV4024 - which is the British military designation. Mullard 12AT7WA / CV4024 tubes are low noise and long lasting and are the special quality long life versions of the ECC81/12AT7. These tubes offer thick mica for lower microphonics and extra support rods for more stabilization. Made in Great Britain.
